All XOX products are made-to-order through our print-on-demand production partners. This means your item is created specifically for you once your order is placed.

Processing Times

Orders are typically processed within:

  • 2–7 business days

During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Estimates

Estimated shipping times after production:

  • New Zealand: 2–7 business days
  • Australia: 4–10 business days
  • International: 7–21 business days

Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary depending on customs, carrier delays, or seasonal demand.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If an incorrect address is entered and the order has already been processed or shipped, XOX is not responsible for lost packages or additional shipping fees.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package appears lost or heavily delayed, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you with the shipping carrier.

Customs & Import Fees

International orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes depending on your country’s regulations. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Refund & Return Policy

At XOX, every item is made to order specially for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • change of mind
  • ordering the wrong size
  • incorrect colour selection
  • preference-based reasons

Please make sure to carefully check sizing guides and product details before placing your order.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives:

  • damaged
  • defective
  • misprinted
  • or you received the wrong item

please contact us within 30 days of delivery with:

  • your order number
  • clear photos of the issue
  • a brief description

Once verified, we will offer either:

  • a replacement item
  • store credit
  • or a full refund

Non-Returnable Items

Due to the custom print-on-demand nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

  • worn or washed items
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • custom or personalised products

Shipping Issues

If your package is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
